Hafiz Syed Salman Ahmed born in Hyderabad India but raised in UAE. He completed his Hifz in UAE and has been blessed to be in the company of Maulana Saeed Ahmed Khan sahab (Madani) from a very young age. He moved to the USA in late 80’s when he was a teenager. He did his masters from New York and has been blessed to travel for Dawah in all corners of the United States. He served as the Imam of Masjid e Noor (Markaz of Dawah) from 2009-2020. He was a Khateeb at Jamia Masjid at Devon Ave Chicago for 11 years. He finished his Darse Nizami from Elgin, IL and also Darul uloom Deoband. He is an Alim and also a spiritual shaykh who is involved in Tazkia Nafs and has great connection with Mashaikh of Sufism. His shaikh/ spiritual teacher is Shaikh Amanat Rasool from Hyderabad who is the Khalifa of Maulana wajid ali shah sahab, who was the Khalifa of Shaikh Abdullah Shah sahab (muhadas e Deccan). His silsila is Naqshanbandia and Qadaria. Currently Hafiz Salman has his own Khanqah Sayyindina Ali RA in Chicago and there are various spiritual workshops take place in which individuals come from all over the world for spiritual counseling and meditation.
